I am a Dutch energy engineer with multiple language skills.
My experience in Energy is 18 years long, with 12 years in the area of International Project Management, technology transfer, energy audits and economic analysis.
I worked mostly in the Netherlands and in Italy, with many short / medium trips to other countries in Europe and outside.
I like to employ my creativity, to work on ambitious projects and to be in contact with different cultures.

I am since 21 June 2010 employed by Ecorys Nederland BV, Rotterdam, in the division of Energy & Environment.
This company and division is an excellent realisation of my objective to join a team of specialists, working on the progress of sustainable energy. Moreover, with their experience in 140 countries, I enjoy to combine my cultural interest with my work.
I have kept my skills up-to-date, my most recent achievements are:
1. In June 2009 I obtained a Minimaster for energy savings in paper industry, at the Chamber of Commerce of Lucca, see Minimaster Paper001.pdf;
2. In August 2009, at the Association of Energy Engineers U.S. (see www.aeecenter.org/certification) I obtained the certificate for Certified Energy Manager (CEM). See AEE CEM certificate001.pdf. This title qualifies for energy conservation in industry and large buildings. The title has existed 28 years in the USA. In Europe there is no such general qualification.
3. I have learned Chinese since 2006, motivated by the restructuring of the energy system in China. In September 2009, after a course of a year, I sustained the Chinese language exam (second level) at the Italy-China Association in Rome, see Cert Chinese Course 2nd level.pdf.

National Association for the compliance of Italy to the Kyoto targets.
I am included in the expert list of ManagEnergy, a European network of local energy agencies (www.managenergy.net).
